Who can take part

  • You must be able to stand on your own without help or a walker.
  • You have either an ankle sprain that happened more than 3 months ago and still bothers you, or you have kneecap pain that gets worse with stairs or sitting.
  • You have not had any surgery on your leg, foot, or ankle.
  • You do not have a condition that affects your balance (like Parkinson's or inner ear problems) or uncorrected vision problems.
  • You are not currently doing special balance or stability training programs.
