  • You are 18 years or older
  • You have epilepsy with at least one seizure in the past 6 months
  • You agree to keep your current seizure medications the same or reduce them only if your doctor says it's okay
  • You can attend 45 light therapy sessions and several check-in visits over about 6 months
  • You are willing to wear an Oura ring all the time (except when charging)
