Who can take part
- You are 18 to 75 years old.
- You have colorectal cancer that has spread and cannot be removed with surgery at this time.
- You have not yet had any first-line chemotherapy or targeted therapy for your advanced cancer.
- You are in generally good health (able to care for yourself and do light activity).
- Your major organs (bone marrow, liver, kidneys, heart) are working well, based on blood tests and heart function tests.
- You are willing to use effective birth control during the study and for 6 months after treatment, if applicable.
