Who can take part

  • You are between 18 and 80 years old.
  • You have a type of lymphoma called diffuse large B-cell lymphoma that is CD20-positive and has high levels of BCL2 and MYC proteins.
  • You have not had any prior treatment for this lymphoma.
  • You have at least one tumor that can be seen on a PET-CT scan.
  • Your lymphoma has an IPI score of 2, 3, or 4 (a measure of risk).
  • You are in generally good health, as measured by an ECOG performance status of 0, 1, or 2.
