Who can take part

  • You are 18 years or older
  • You were hospitalized for a stroke (blood clot or bleed in the brain) or TIA (mini-stroke)
  • You own a smartphone or tablet and know how to use it
  • You can read and speak German fluently
  • You are able to use the app on your own (a caregiver can help, but you must be able to operate the device)
  • You do not have severe difficulty speaking, seeing, moving, or thinking that would prevent you from using the app
