Precision Radiation for Brain Tumors from Lung Cancer

Who can take part

  • Diagnosed with lung cancer (either non-small cell or small cell type) that has spread to the brain
  • Brain tumors must be 2 cm or larger in size, with only 1–3 separate tumors
  • Never had radiation therapy to the brain before
  • Able to lie flat and still for more than 45 minutes during MRI scans and treatment
  • Good overall health (score of 60 or higher on a standard wellness scale, or 40+ if symptoms are only from brain tumors)
  • Willing to provide a tissue sample from your tumor before the trial starts
