Who can take part
- Be between 18 and 75 years old and able to understand the study
- Have ulcerative colitis confirmed by a doctor with colonoscopy and tissue biopsy at least 4 months ago
- Have moderate-to-severe active disease that hasn't improved or has worsened despite taking 1–2 previous biologic or advanced therapies (including at least one TNF inhibitor)
- Have inflammation extending more than 15 cm beyond the anus, confirmed by colonoscopy at screening
- Have adequate blood counts and liver/kidney function based on recent lab tests
- Use effective birth control (if able to become pregnant) and not be pregnant or breastfeeding
