Who can take part

  • Be at least 60 years old and able to walk without a cane, walker, or other mobility aid
  • Have sleep problems for at least 3 months (trouble falling asleep, staying asleep, or poor sleep quality)
  • Be able to use a tablet or smartphone to do the exercises (a family member can help you log in)
  • Have normal thinking and memory (simple screening test required)
  • Be willing to wear activity trackers and share sleep data throughout the study
