Who can take part

  • Between 18 and 40 years old
  • Had a confirmed calf muscle tear (tennis leg) on one side only, diagnosed by ultrasound
  • Your injury is at least 3 months old and you've returned to daily activities
  • Your injury is mild to moderate (Grade I or II), not a complete rupture
  • No previous calf, Achilles tendon, or other lower-leg surgeries or injuries
  • No current pain, neurological disorders, blood clots, or systemic inflammatory diseases
