Who can take part
- You are between 19 and 45 years old
- You have depression that started during pregnancy or within 12 months after giving birth
- Your baby is between newborn and 28 months old
- You score 13 or higher on a depression screening test (EPDS)
- You are willing and able to attend yoga sessions and sign consent forms
- You do not have severe mental health conditions, active suicidal thoughts, or substance use problems
