Who can take part
- You are 18 or older and have had pulsatile tinnitus (heartbeat-like ringing in one ear) for at least 1 year that stops when you press on your neck
- Your tinnitus is severe and significantly impacts your quality of life
- Imaging (CT or MRI scans) shows at least 50% narrowing of a vein in your brain on the same side as your tinnitus
- You do not have other vascular problems (like aneurysms or arteriovenous fistulas) that could explain your symptoms
- You are willing to take blood thinners after the procedure and can commit to study follow-up visits
- You are not pregnant, do not have severe heart, lung, or kidney disease, and have not had a stroke or blood clots
