Who can take part
- You have troubling “pulsatile” ringing in your ears/head (or another invalidating pulsating sound)
- Imaging shows your pulsatile tinnitus is clearly linked to a DAVF
- Your DAVF type is low grade (Cognard type I or IIa)
- The DAVF is in the sigmoid, lateral, or posterior longitudinal sinus, and the fistula length fits with up to two stents
- You can use reliable birth control during the study (if you could become pregnant)
- You can sign consent and have health insurance coverage
