Who can take part

  • You are 18–75 years old and have been diagnosed with dilated cardiomyopathy (a weakened, enlarged heart)
  • You received one infusion of CAR-DC therapy at least 6 months ago, but your heart function has declined back to pre-treatment levels despite the first treatment
  • You have severe heart failure symptoms (NYHA Class III–IV, meaning limited or no physical activity without symptoms) and low heart pumping ability (ejection fraction below 35%)
  • Your blood counts are healthy enough for the procedure: hematocrit above 30%, lymphocytes above 0.5 × 10⁹/L, and platelets above 60 × 10⁹/L
  • You do not have severe kidney disease, liver disease, active infections (including hepatitis B, C, HIV, or syphilis), or severe shock
  • You understand the risks and benefits and agree to participate with written informed consent
