Who can take part

  • You are between 18 and 75 years old.
  • Your heart failure is caused by blocked arteries and you have a very weak heart pump (ejection fraction below 35%).
  • You have been on the best available heart medicines for at least 3 months.
  • You have not had a recent heart procedure (like stent, bypass, or pacemaker) in the past 3 months, and you do not plan one.
  • You do not have other serious health issues like active cancer, kidney failure on dialysis, or a major infection.
