Who can take part

  • You have heart failure with a weakened heart pump (ejection fraction of 40% or less).
  • Your heart failure symptoms are moderate (NYHA class II or III).
  • You do not have a pacemaker, ICD, or CRT-D device.
  • Your heart failure is not caused by certain other conditions like hypertrophic cardiomyopathy or amyloidosis.
