Who can take part

  • Confirmed diagnosis of advanced, unresectable, or metastatic extrapulmonary neuroendocrine carcinoma (cancer that starts outside the lungs)
  • Cancer must have progressed or worsened during or after your first round of systemic treatment
  • At least one measurable tumor visible on imaging scans
  • Good overall health and functional ability (able to care for yourself with minimal assistance)
  • Adequate blood counts, liver, and kidney function confirmed by recent blood tests
  • Age 18–75 years with life expectancy of at least 12 weeks
