Who can take part
- You have been diagnosed with multiple myeloma, plasmacytoma, plasma cell leukemia, or light chain amyloidosis that has returned or stopped responding to treatment
- Your cancer cells express BCMA and/or CD70 proteins (confirmed by a blood or tissue test)
- You have received at least 2–3 previous treatment regimens, depending on your cancer type, including specific types of drugs
- You are between 18 and 75 years old and in reasonably good overall health (score of 0–2 on a standard fitness scale)
- Your heart, kidney, liver, and lungs are functioning adequately, with specific measurements met
- You do not have active infections, severe heart or lung problems, HIV, hepatitis, or uncontrolled autoimmune disease
