Who can take part
- Diagnosed with relapsed or refractory plasma cell neoplasm (a type of blood cancer that has returned or stopped responding to treatment)
- Cancer cells must be positive for BCMA and/or GPRC5D proteins (confirmed by lab testing)
- Previously received at least 2 different lines of anti-cancer treatment with evidence of disease progression
- Age 18–75 years with adequate heart, lung, liver, and kidney function
- Life expectancy of at least 3 months from enrollment
- Willing to use effective birth control for 1 year after receiving the cell infusion
