Dual CAR-T Cell Therapy for Hard-to-Treat Blood Cancer

Who can take part

  • Diagnosed with relapsed or refractory plasma cell neoplasm (a type of blood cancer that has returned or stopped responding to treatment)
  • Cancer cells must be positive for BCMA and/or GPRC5D proteins (confirmed by lab testing)
  • Previously received at least 2 different lines of anti-cancer treatment with evidence of disease progression
  • Age 18–75 years with adequate heart, lung, liver, and kidney function
  • Life expectancy of at least 3 months from enrollment
  • Willing to use effective birth control for 1 year after receiving the cell infusion
