Who can take part
- You are between 18 and 75 years old.
- You have been diagnosed with primary plasma cell leukemia, meaning at least 5% of your blood cells are cancer cells.
- Your cancer can be measured with a blood or urine test (like M-protein or free light chains).
- You are not eligible for a stem cell transplant due to age, health, or other reasons.
- Your bone marrow cells have a protein called BCMA that is targeted by the CAR-T therapy.
- Your liver and kidney function, as well as blood counts, are within certain limits.
- You are willing to take blood thinners to prevent clots during the study.
