Who can take part
- Diagnosed with relapsing-remitting MS (the most common type) confirmed by your neurologist
- Mild-to-moderate disability level (able to walk with or without help, but not completely dependent)
- No steroid injections or high-dose steroids in the past 3 months
- No MS flare-up (relapse) in the past 90 days
- Not already doing structured exercise more than 3 hours per week
- No heart, lung, bone, or other serious health conditions that would make exercise unsafe
