Who can take part

  • You have relapsing-remitting MS (RRMS) diagnosed by McDonald criteria, not other MS types
  • Your MS disability is mild to moderate (EDSS score between 1.0 and 5.5)
  • You haven't had an MS flare-up in the past 3 months
  • You haven't received steroid treatment in the past 3 months
  • You don't currently exercise more than 3 hours per week in structured programs
  • You can safely participate in exercise (no severe heart, lung, bone, or joint problems that would prevent activity)
