Who can take part
- Have adenoid cystic carcinoma (salivary gland origin) OR papillary thyroid cancer that is advanced, recurrent, or has spread
- Be at least 18 years old (21 in Singapore)
- Have good overall health (ECOG performance status 0–1, meaning you can do most daily activities)
- Have at least one measurable tumor visible on recent CT scan (within 14 days)
- Have not received certain prior cancer drugs (specifically TROP2-directed or topoisomerase I antibody-drug conjugates)
- Have adequate blood counts, liver, and kidney function based on recent lab work
