Who can take part
- You have been diagnosed with persistent atrial fibrillation (AF) that has lasted between 7 days and 1 year, confirmed by heart recordings.
- You are between 18 and 80 years old.
- You are willing and able to follow all study procedures and visits.
- You have not had any prior surgical or catheter ablation for AF.
- You do not have a heart clot, severely weak heart pump, or other serious heart conditions.
- You do not have a metal cardiac device (like certain defibrillators) that could interfere with the treatment.
