Who can take part
- You must have the PNPLA3 p.I148M gene change (both copies).
- Your liver fat must be at least 15% on a special MRI scan.
- You need a body mass index (BMI) between 30 and 45.
- If you are in Part A, you must already be taking a stable dose of tirzepatide (at least 5 mg weekly).
- You cannot have cirrhosis or other chronic liver diseases.
- You must be able to have an MRI (no metal implants, no severe claustrophobia).
