Who can take part
- You are between 18 and 70 years old.
- Your cancer has come back locally in the nose or neck at least one year after your first treatment and cannot be removed by surgery.
- You have already received 4-6 cycles of chemotherapy plus a PD-1 inhibitor, and your tumors have shrunk significantly or disappeared (complete or partial response).
- You have not had any prior treatment (radiation, chemo, immunotherapy, or other therapy) specifically for the recurrent cancer.
- You have adequate organ function (kidney, liver, blood counts) and are in good overall health (ECOG score 0-1).
