Who can take part
- You are between 18 and 65 years old.
- You have nasopharyngeal cancer that has spread to nearby lymph nodes (stages T1-4N2-3M0) but not to distant organs.
- You have not had any previous treatment for this cancer, such as surgery, radiation, or chemotherapy.
- You have at least one tumor that can be measured on scans.
- You are in good enough health to be up and about (ECOG score 0 or 1).
- You are willing to use effective birth control during and for 24 weeks after the study.
