Who can take part

  • You have been diagnosed with prostate cancer (adenocarcinoma or neuroendocrine type) confirmed by biopsy
  • Your testosterone level is very low (≤50 ng/dL), either from surgery or medication
  • Your cancer has progressed or worsened within the last 6 months despite treatment
  • You have received at least 2 prior cancer treatments (Part A) or an androgen receptor inhibitor (Part B)
  • Your heart rhythm and organ function are stable and adequate
  • You weigh at least 77 pounds (35 kg) and have not received prior STEAP2-targeted therapies
