Safety and Efficacy of HDP-101 in Relapsed or Refractory Multiple Myeloma

Who can take part

  • You are at least 18 years old with a confirmed diagnosis of active multiple myeloma
  • You have already had a stem cell transplant OR have been determined to not be eligible for one
  • You have received prior treatments including an immunomodulatory drug, proteasome inhibitor, and anti-CD38 treatment (alone or in combination)
  • Your cancer is either refractory (not responding) or you are intolerant to standard treatments
  • You have adequate organ function (kidneys, liver, heart, etc.) as defined in the study protocol
  • You do not have cancer in your brain, plasma cell leukemia, active infections, or hepatitis B or C
