BR101 immunotherapy for relapsed/refractory myeloma

Who can take part

  • Age 18–75 years old
  • Diagnosed with multiple myeloma that has relapsed (come back) or become resistant to prior treatments (at least 3 prior treatment lines or disease progression within 12 months)
  • Cancer cells must express a protein called BCMA, confirmed by testing of bone marrow samples
  • Good organ function: liver, kidney, heart, and blood cell counts within acceptable ranges
  • No prior CAR-T cell therapy or other gene-modified cell therapies
  • Able to commit to study visits and follow-up care for at least 12 weeks
