Who can take part
- You are between 18 and 75 years old.
- You have head and neck cancer (specifically in the mouth, voice box, throat, or lower throat) that has grown or spread within 6 months after your last platinum chemotherapy.
- Your cancer cannot be removed by surgery.
- You have not had prior treatment for cancer that has spread or returned (metastatic or recurrent).
- You have not had certain prior treatments, including anti-EGFR, anti-TGF-beta, or checkpoint inhibitor therapies.
- You are in generally good health (able to care for yourself, up and about).
