Part of Bones, joints & muscles, Cancer, Ear, nose & throat, Genetic & congenital, Lungs & breathing clinical trials.

This study tests a new drug called ficerafusp alfa combined with pembrolizumab (an immunotherapy) in people with head and neck cancer that has returned or spread. The drug targets a protein that may help the immune system fight the cancer. The study is comparing two different schedules of giving the drug to see which is better.
