Who can take part
- You are 18 or older.
- Your cancer is in the mouth, throat (voice box), or lower throat, and is not caused by HPV (if it's in the oropharynx).
- You have not had any prior drug treatment for cancer that has spread or come back.
- Your tumor tests positive for a protein called PD-L1 (score of 1 or higher).
- You have not been treated with drugs that target EGFR or TGF-beta before.
- You have not had immunotherapy in the last 6 months.
