Who can take part
- Confirmed biliary tract cancer (gallbladder, bile duct, or ampullary) that is unresectable or has spread to other parts of the body
- Previously received one line of chemotherapy containing platinum, gemcitabine, or fluoropyrimidine drugs
- Age 18–70 years with good overall health (ECOG performance status 0–1) and life expectancy of at least 12 weeks
- At least one measurable tumor visible on CT or MRI scan (10 mm or larger)
- Normal blood counts, liver and kidney function, and heart function (LVEF ≥60%)
- No brain tumors, significant heart disease, uncontrolled high blood pressure, or active bleeding problems
