Who can take part

  • You are 18–60 years old
  • You have allergic rhinitis (hay fever or similar nasal allergies) with moderate to severe symptoms like stuffiness, runny nose, sneezing, or itching
  • You have not used allergy or steroid medications for at least 2 weeks before starting
  • You are not pregnant or breastfeeding
  • You do not have asthma, chronic sinus infections, nasal polyps, or recent nasal/sinus infection
  • You can attend follow-up visits and follow the study plan
