Who can take part

  • You are 18 years or older
  • You are having elective (planned) robot-assisted prostate surgery
  • Your overall health is good enough for surgery (ASA class I, II, or III)
  • You do not have severe lung disease like advanced COPD or pulmonary fibrosis
  • You do not require oxygen before surgery
  • Your BMI (body mass index) is 40 kg/m² or less
