Who can take part
- You have a confirmed diagnosis of ankylosing spondylitis based on imaging and spine symptoms
- Your disease is currently active, causing ongoing pain or limitation despite treatment
- You've tried standard treatments (NSAIDs or biologic drugs) without adequate relief or had side effects from them
- You are between 18 and 65 years old and in generally good health
- You have not had recent surgery on your spine or joints, and no serious infections or heart/lung/liver problems
- If female and able to have children, you agree to use birth control for 6 months after treatment
