Who can take part
- Child is between 3 and 10 years old
- Child weighs more than 10 kg (about 22 pounds)
- Child is in good overall health with no serious medical conditions (ASA class I or II)
- Surgery is planned for the urinary or reproductive system and will use general anesthesia
- Parents or legal guardians have signed written consent
- Child has no history of neurological, psychiatric, or developmental disorders
