  • Elevated lung blood vessel pressure (confirmed by heart ultrasound, with specific measurements)
  • Stable on heart medications and cleared by your cardiologist
  • Able to do light activity without severe shortness of breath (WHO/NYHA classes I–II)
  • Have someone at home who can help if you need assistance
  • Internet access and ability to use video calls on a computer or device
