Who can take part
- You are 18 years or older and can sign informed consent
- Your cancer is NSCLC with brain metastases, with a target brain spot at least 0.5 cm
- Your overall health is good enough for treatment (Karnofsky 70%+ or ECOG 0–2)
- You are planning to follow all study visits and procedures for the study duration
- If you can become pregnant: you will not become pregnant during the study and will test negative each procedure day
- You can safely have MRI scans (or you don’t have implants/devices that make MRI unsafe)
