Who can take part

  • You have a BMI of 30 or higher, or a BMI of 27 or higher with health problems like high blood pressure or high cholesterol.
  • You are not currently taking any diabetes medications.
  • You have never taken a GLP-1 drug (like Ozempic, Wegovy, or Mounjaro).
  • You have not had weight loss surgery in the past.
  • You do not have a history of an eating disorder.
  • You are not pregnant or breastfeeding.
