Who can take part
- You have been diagnosed with diabetes mellitus
- You are 18 years or older
- You are planning to start a new diabetes medication (semaglutide, liraglutide, or tirzepatide) prescribed by your diabetes doctor
- Your eyes are generally healthy except for possible diabetic retinopathy (diabetes-related eye changes)
- You have not participated in another clinical trial in the past 3 weeks
- You have not had laser eye surgery in the study eye
