Who can take part
- You are 18 years or older
- You have been diagnosed with heart failure and your doctor has recommended a heart catheterization procedure (a test that measures pressures in your heart)
- You are able and willing to provide written consent to participate
- You do not have an allergy to iodinated contrast (a dye used in some imaging tests)
- You are not participating in the optional CT scan substudy, or if you are, you are eligible for a heart transplant evaluation
