Who can take part

  • You are a taekwondo athlete aged 16–25 years old
  • You have competed at the national level (National Level 1 or higher)
  • You have trained seriously in taekwondo for at least 3 years
  • You have not had a lower-limb (leg or hip) injury in the past 6 months
  • You are willing to attend all training sessions and fitness tests during the study
  • You do not have heart disease, diabetes, nerve disorders, or current injuries that would prevent training
