  • Confirmed diagnosis of limited-stage small cell lung cancer (cancer confined to one side of the chest) that cannot be operated on
  • Age 18–75 years old
  • No prior chemotherapy or immunotherapy for this cancer
  • Good overall health and ability to care for yourself (ECOG score 0–1)
  • Blood counts, kidney, liver, and heart function within acceptable ranges
  • Ability to swallow pills and absorb oral medications
