Who can take part
- You are 18 years or older
- You have a solid cancer (like lung, breast, or colon cancer) that has spread to your bones

- You are not taking strong pain medications (opioids) for bone pain
- You are in fairly good overall health and can manage daily activities (with possible limitations)
- You do not have spinal cord compression or cancer in the protective lining around the brain
