Who can take part
- Diagnosed with obstructive hypertrophic cardiomyopathy (HCM)—abnormal heart muscle thickening with restricted blood flow, confirmed by heart imaging and measurements
- Heart function measured as 55% or better (normal ejection fraction)
- Currently taking or planning to take mavacamten, or have taken it continuously for at least 16 weeks
- Taking a stable dose of cibenzoline (a heart rhythm medication) for at least 3 months before starting mavacamten
- At least 18 years old
- Not pregnant or planning to become pregnant
