Who can take part
- You are 18 years or older.
- You have been diagnosed with obstructive hypertrophic cardiomyopathy (a thickened heart muscle that blocks blood flow).
- Your heart's left ventricular outflow tract gradient is at least 30 mmHg, measured at rest or during stress, within the last 3 months.
- Your heart's pumping ability (left ventricular ejection fraction) is 55% or higher, measured in the last 3 months.
- You have symptoms like shortness of breath or fatigue that limit your daily activities (NYHA class II or III).
- You are either already taking mavacamten or planning to start it as part of your regular care.
