  • You are 18 years or older
  • You have been diagnosed with obstructive HCM (thick heart muscle that blocks blood flow)
  • You started taking mavacamten at a study site between April 2022 and December 2024
  • You have never been in a drug trial testing other heart muscle-targeting medications
  • You are not currently enrolled in any heart drug trials
  • For the survey portion: you can read and understand English and have access to a computer or smartphone
