Amino Acids and Exercise for FSHD Muscle Weakness

  • Muscle weakness mainly in face and shoulder muscles (Category A severity)
  • Can walk without assistance at start of study
  • No scoliosis, joint tightness, or tendon shortening
  • Not taking beta-blockers or fatigue-affecting medications
