Preventing diabetes with group support and glucose tracking

Who can take part

  • You have been diagnosed with prediabetes by your doctor (based on blood sugar tests or a diabetes risk assessment)
  • You are between 18 and 75 years old
  • You are willing to wear a continuous glucose monitor (CGM) for the study period
  • You are able to attend group meetings in person in Conroe, Texas
  • You do not currently take diabetes or glucose-lowering medications (such as metformin or GLP-1 drugs)
  • You are not pregnant and speak English
